Both webinars were recorded and approved for 1.5 ND continuing legal education (CLE) credit (general or ethics). Dakota Dilemmas: A Practical Application of Conflict Rules - In 2022, the North Dakota Ethics Commission created rules for publicly disclosing conflicts of interest for state government officials. This presentation walks through the Commission’s rules and offers a step-by-step approach officials need to navigate to disclose potential conflicts.

The Ethics Commission intends to hold its next Dakota Dilemmas webinar in June 2024. This webinar will focus on the Commission’s complaint process. Additional details will be released on the Commission’s website as soon as available.
