Lezlie Scott, ND, recused herself for review of application for prescriptive endorsement for ND Grasso and application for IV endorsement of ND Davison as both individuals would be working with Dr. Scott. This recusal is required pursuant to North Dakota Century Code section43-17-07.2: Conflict of Interest in that at as a Board member, he/she “may not participate in the making of any decision or the taking of any action affecting that member’s personal, professional, or pecuniary interest, or that of a known relative or business or professional associate.”
